Our Ethos

Our values and ethos are intertwined with why the store opened in the first place – to provide organic wholefoods and supplements to support people with their pursuit of optimum health and wellbeing. We are also sensitive to the environmental impact that packaging can have and where possible we choose products with recyclable, biodegradable or compostable packaging. It is possible to buy rice and flour in bulk from us and to refill a range of household cleaning products and toiletries using your own containers.

We have chosen to buy from Irish suppliers and wholesalers who sell quality, organic produce even in terms of the supplement range that we stock. We buy wholesale through Wholefoods Ireland and Irish Independent Health Foods. We buy organic eggs from Poulataggle Organic Poultry Farm and organic sourdough bread from local baker Edel. We buy supplements from Irish companies including The Natural Medicine Company, Natural Life, Eskimo 3 and Macánta who not only supply but in some cases make the supplements here in Ireland. We also sell the Lily’s Eco Clean range of household cleaners produced in Cork. We want to bring our customers the best quality products while also supporting Irish businesses of all sizes.
