Directions

Take 1 capsule daily or as professionally directed. It can be taken with or without food, at any time of the day.

If there is an issue with swallowing the capsule, the capsule can be opened and sprinkled over food or mixed with fluids.

Note: Fruit juices are generally acidic and acid can damage the 1714-Serenitas® culture. We recommend taking Zenflore with water or milk or less acidic drinks e.g. soya, almond or rice milks. However, Zenflore can be taken as part of a meal that has fruit juice, as the food will help protect the 1714-Serenitas® culture.

Do not exceed the stated dosage. Food supplements should not be used as substitutes for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of children.

No refrigeration required. Store below 25°C.

For best results we recommend you store Zenflore in the original container with the lid securely closed.

Consume Zenflore within 1 month of opening.
