Directions
Take 2 capsules daily with food (initially). This can be reduced to 1 capsule daily after 4 weeks as a maintenance dose.
Do not exceed stated dose unless directed by a healthcare practitioner. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless on the advice of a healthcare practitioner. If taking prescribed medication, consult a physician before using this product.

Emulsifier (polysorbate 80), gelatine (bovine), vegtable oil (coconut) , ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.), stabilizer (glycerol), curcumin (Curcuma longa L.), vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), coating (beeswax), stabilizer (silicon dioxide), acidity regulator (citric acid).
Per Capsule: Extract of ginger rhizome (Zingiber officinale Rosc) 150mg, Curcumin (Curcuma longa L.) 47mg, Vitamin C, 20mg.
