Returns Policy

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order by email at onlineshop@biafollain.ie stating clearly the reason for the return.

Contact us first before returning anything so that we can organise collection by our delivery partner. We cannot process any unauthorised returns using alternative delivery methods. We will issue a full refund for returned goods that have been unopened, unused and are undamaged.
