D-Mannose, organic inulin powder, organic cranberry powder, magnesium citrate, HPMC (Vegetable capsule), zinc bisglycinate.

Directions Of Use:

Immediate support: 4 capsules in the morning and 4 capsules at bedtime. Ongoing support: 4 capsules at bedtime. Sexual support: 4 capsules 1 hour before intercourse & immediately after.
