A box of milk chocolate coated hazelnuts, made the Chocolarder way with only the very best ingredients.

We caramelise Italian hazelnuts, roasting them with sugar before coating the nuts in our 50% Öko Caribe milk chocolate. The chocolate is made from the cocoa beans in our Falmouth factory, using just three ingredients. The nuts are then packaged in our beautiful plastic free gift box.

Bring these to a loved one, open them up at the end of a meal or while watching a movie and you are sure to impress.

Description

Slightly salted dark chocolate coated Italian almonds, made by our talented team of chocolate makers in Falmouth.

The cacao beans for this chocolate were grown under the canopy of Sierra Leone’s Gola Rainforest National Park. We roast, crack and winnow, grind, refine and conch the beans into chocolate, before aging it in giant blocks. We have a giant copper panner which is used to coat the chocolate around the outside of the nuts, in our factory full of incredible machines, this is one of the most striking. The nuts tumble around in the chocolate as it sets, leaving them polishing against each other to leave an even layer of chocolate around the nut.

They are finished with a dusting of our own pressed cocoa powder.

A wonderful alternative to a bottle of wine, perfect for sharing or snacking on yourself over a few sittings. One thing is for sure, pop these open at a dinner party and you are sure to impress.

The challenge is not to eat them all at once!
