Clearspring Japanese Sushi Ginger 50g


Sushi ginger is versatile in both Asian and Western dishes, as a palate cleanser or to add zest to salads and stir fries. It is made by briefly salt-pressing thin slices of tender root ginger and then pickling them in high quality rice vinegar.



Ginger root (48%), water, rice vinegar (water, rice), sea salt, pickled shiso (perilla) leaves (shiso leaves, umeboshi plum juice, sea salt).
