Directions
Adults and children 12 years and older – take 2-5 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Capsules can be taken once daily. Consult a medical doctor before use if you are on anti-coagulant medication. After opening, store in a refrigerator and use within 3 months.
